1. SEAT IN COACH TOURS (BUS TOURS)

RATES
All rates are quoted net non-commissionable (unless otherwise specially stated) in U.S. Dollars and included all taxes. Gratuities for services providers, such as tour guide, bellman, maid or attendants are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice. Enactment or any actions by local, state or federal agencies, government entities, or third parties may require changes in taxes, rates, or other charges and TQTravel reserves the right to modify publish rates.

THE SPECIAL EVENTS AND HOLIDAY RATES
The rates published in this website are generable available with seasons duly noted. Bookings on such occasions of any special events or holidays, surcharge will be confirmed at time of booking.

BREAKFAST
Room rate or tour price does not include breakfast. Some hotels do offer a continental breakfast which is usually basic and contains coffee and pastries as complimentary, if not, you will pay breakfast by your own if you wish to have breakfast at hotel restaurant.

SEAT-IN-COACH Net Rates Include
Services of hotel accommodations as specified or similar, air-conditioned transportation, English Chinese speaking tour guide, admissions if specified, all state and local taxes.

SEAT-IN-COACH Net Rates Do Not Include
Airfare, all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), laundry, telephone, gratuity for tour guide and driver, optional excursions and other items of a personal nature. There is no refund for unused services or hotel nights offered within the tour itinerary.

ITINERARIES & HOTELS
TQTravel reserves the right to make changes with or without notice prior to or during the operations of the programs due to operational, climatic conditions, or for many reasons beyond the control of TQTravel.

Itinerary descriptions are guaranteed with the exception of unforeseen conditions which include, but are not limited to, road closures due to weather, acts of God, safety concerns, changes to highway legal restrictions, and acts by third parties beyond the control of TQTravel.

PAYMENT METHOD AND CONFIRMATION
Your purchase will initiate a reservation process.
We will confirm with you within one to two business days only after you have paid for the tour package in full. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charge.
Payment in full must be received for a booking minimum 16 days prior to departure date.
Last minute booking (7-15 days prior to departure date) client will assume express fees to cover cost incurred when sending the express prepayment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All hotel and tour schedules are arranged before hand. Due to administration costs and supplier restrictions, it has become necessary to charge applicable cancellation fees.

Please note that at certain times, we may decline name changes or any booking amendments, change fees will be followed Cancellation Policy.
For non-refundable air tickets, cancellation will be charged 100% of air fare.

Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

(1) U.S. Continental tours

Cancellation Made Within Penalty
15 days or more prior to Departure $150 per tour as penalty, the balance of the tour price is refundable.
7-14 days prior to Departure 50% of tour price
4-6 days prior to Departure 75% of tour price
3 days or fewer prior to Departure 100% of tour price(i.e., No Refund)

For customers who cannot arrive on the departure date due to missing plane or train, the penalty will be 70% of tour price plus the 1st-night accommodation fee.
No Refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour.
If customers do not show up on the departure date (i.e., no show), it is deemed automatic waiver of the right to the tour. No any refund shall be given.

(2) Hawaii Tours
The cancellation and penalty for Hawaii and outbound tours from U.S. shall be governed by regulations of specific tours on this website.

(3) Airplane Tickets
- Economy-class air tickets for U.S., Canada and Vietnam, once issued, cannot be refunded for any reasons in most of case. Any change of air-tickets shall be made according to the regulations of airline companies. In case, the air tickets are allowed to change or cancel, the customer needs to be responsible for the amendment fees or cancellation fees or penalty charged by airline companies. In addition, the customer needs to pay $50 service fee per ticket to TQTravel for the related amendment or cancellation.
- Some of the special-fare air tickets, or discount tickets cannot be refunded or transferred once they are issued.

(4) Cruise Line
Cancellation of cruise line reservation prior to departure shall be settled in accordance with rules set by the cruise line companies.

(5) Hotel

If customers do not appear on the check-in date (i.e., no show), it is deemed automatic waiver of the right to accommodation. No any refund shall be given.
If customers decide to cut short the reservation after check-in, no refund shall be given for any unused portion of the original reservation.

All cancellations are subject to our examination and approval. We will process your cancellation/refund request as soon as possible. Please note that we will not acknowledge voice mail or phone call cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing by fax, email or by mail.

Please provide the following information for cancellation: the invoice issued by our company, your confirmation number, the full name of the reservation-maker, email address, tour date, name of the tour, total amount of transaction, your telephone number and a short description of the reasons for cancellation (We need to know exactly why you are requesting a refund in order to evaluate your request). After receiving your request for cancellation, we will confirm with you within three business days. We will mail you the refund check within 15-20 business days after confirming your cancellation. The above-mentioned shall be applicable to tours only. When and how the refund can be made for airplane tickets and cruise lines shall be governed by the rules of relevant airline and cruise line companies.

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION
There is no minimum participation requested on all Seat-in-coach Tours.

LUGGAGE
Each passenger traveling on any tour program is allowed one piece of checked baggage per person due to space limitations. TQTravel cannot assume liability for damaged or lost luggage.
 

2. SPECIAL GROUPS (PRIVATE TOURS)

All tour programs are available for private groups. Besides, we are pleased to consult and custom private tour itinerary on your request. Please contact the TQTravel - Sales Department for prices. Minimum participants for private group should be at least 5-6 people, but the best is for groups request minimum 10 rooms (20 people).

RESERVATION REQUESTS:
We would appreciate you advising your reservations requests to TQTravel must include a date that is alphabetical and not numerical i.e:
AUG 10, 2011 not 08/10/11

PAYMENT:
Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. Prepayment in full must be received more than 21 days before arrival and should be advised depends on the time of booking.

CONFIRMATION:

Special Groups Cancellation or Amendment notice must be received in writing no later than 21 days, if not the group will be liable for all cancellation/ amendment fees.

Due to administration costs and supplier restrictions, it has become necessary to charge applicable cancellation fees. Cancellation notice is received after effective date, guest will be liable for cancellation fees:

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION:
- 15 days prior to arrival: No Charge
- 14-08 days prior to arrival: $250.00 per person
- 07-04 days prior to arrival: $350.00 per person
- Within 3 days: 100% of total tour fee

GROUP CANCELLATION:
- 21 days prior to arrival: No Charge
- Within 21 days prior to arrival: Cancellation of Special Group shall be settled in accordance with rules set by hotel at the time of booking.

REFUNDS
After receiving your request for cancellation, we will confirm with you within three business days. We will mail you the refund check within 15-20 business days after confirming your cancellation. The above-mentioned shall be applicable to tours only. When and how the refund can be made for airplane tickets, hotel and cruise lines shall be governed by the rules of relevant airline, hotel and cruise line companies. We will keep you informed the processing.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

All travelers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, complying with customs and regulations. TQTravel is not responsibility for any visa fees or penalties that may be imposed by the United States government or any other government agency or entity. Travel to Mexico and Canada from the USA, and with plans to return for continuous vacation in the USA, requires a visa that allows multiple entrances.

4. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

Any failure to perform, delay, liability or damage shall be excused and TQTravel shall not be held responsible for the consequences of Acts of God, labor disputes, civil commotions, fire, weather conditions, theft, unavoidable accidents, war, terrorism, threatened acts of terrorism, acts of state or agencies thereof, or any other circumstances beyond the control of TQTravel. TQTravel shall not be liable should it be required to change an itinerary or individual booking, hotel accommodation or other services necessary for the safety and continuation of any tour or passenger or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of TQTravel. TQTravel reserves the right to modify or change any published rate where changes or modifications have been made and are required by any entities beyond TQTravel’s ownership or control. TQTravel shall not be held responsible for any error, omission, or deletion of any material in the Tariff by TQTravel or any third party.

5. NOTICE

TQTravel does not manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel or any other supplier of services, and therefore assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused through any detect in any vehicle or through the acts or omissions of any company or person engaged in supplying products or services. TQTravel recommends that all passengers be required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and air evacuation prior to departure. TQTravel’s liability, should it be found responsible by a court of competent jurisdiction, is limited to a refund of services purchased through TQTravel. Complimentary services offered by some of the hotels may be discontinued at any time at the hotel’s discretion. TQTravel is not responsible for cancellation of such services.
